OIC Defender

The Center of InsurTech, Thailand (CIT) is dedicated to enhancing public awareness and understanding regarding insurance and its importance, necessity, and benefits. Therefore, CIT has developed an educational website-based game called "OIC Defender." In this game, players are required to assume the role of heroes, representing various types of insurance, to fight against monsters, symbolizing dangers in their daily lives. This project primarily targets high school and university students to instil fundamental knowledge about insurance into their minds. By blending entertaining experiences with informative content, the game is expected to boost future demand for insurance products in Thailand.

The online game "OIC Defender" was launched in August 2022, accompanied by a series of activities such as school roadshows, Facebook posts, and the InsurGame Competition held at Thailand InsurTech Fair 2023 (TIF2023) to find the top player of the game.
