The Center of InsurTech, Thailand (CIT) has developed a Chatbot called '@OICConnect' to facilitate the general public in addressing insurance-related issues. Integrated into the Line application, website, and Facebook of the Office of the Insurance Commission (OIC), this chatbot is available 24/7 and capable of answering over 40,000 questions covering various topics, including compulsory and voluntary motor insurance, life insurance, general insurance, insurance agents, the OIC, individual insurance policies, etc.

In addition, the @OICConnect chatbot has expanded its services by introducing the OIC Gateway platform, which gathers real-time insurance data from the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC), insurance businesses, and related agencies. This platform offers various features for the general public, including:
• "My Policy" service that allows individuals to easily check the details of their insurance policies from all insurance companies • Feature to check the status of the licenses of insurance agents and brokers • Feature to find the location of the OIC's headquarters and regional offices • Feature to find the locations of insurance companies |
