Thailand InsurTech Fair 2022, organized by the Office of the Insurance Commission (OIC) in collaboration with the Center of InsurTech Thailand (CIT), is the biggest insurance fair of the year. With the theme, "Reshaping Insurance to the Multiverse of InsurTech for the Future," this event showcases a diverse range of insurance products from leading companies. It brings together insurance experts and industry insiders from around the globe to build networks, share experiences, and exchange new knowledge related to insurance.

In terms of activities at TIF 2022, the response was well beyond the target. with a premium of 1,063 million baht, with a total of more than 19,365 policies, divided into life insurance products with insurance premiums of 905 million baht, 7,544 policies, non-life insurance products There are insurance premiums of 158 million baht, 11,821 policies. The seminar had a total of 202,389 people attending the seminar, divided into 43,821 people on the ground and 158,568 people online. The OIC InsurTech Award 2022 was organized under the theme "AWAKEN THE NEW POWER OF INSURANCE." In the final round competition held at the Thailand InsurTech Fair 2022, 10 teams that successfully passed the selection process from over 167 interested applicants were selected to present their InsurTech projects. The competition was divided into two categories: the student category and the general public category.

This team has proposed an idea to develop a platform connecting private medical clinics, incorporating a system to detect fraud and control various aspects such as treatment expenses, medication dosage, and healthcare standards. This platform empowers insurers to provide health insurance products, facilitating convenient access to clinic-based treatments. As a result, it ensures affordable insurance premiums for individuals with low income or those covered by basic welfare.

Student Category: Winner

This team has proposed an idea in response to the increasing number of mental health patients, with some individuals feeling uncomfortable talking to psychiatrists. As a solution, the team has introduced an application that enables mental health patients to consult with online psychiatrists. This platform can also provide diagnoses, assess risks, and determine suitable insurance premiums through AI technology.

InsurGame Competition 


​The InsureGame Competition in 2022 is a competition of the online game called  "OIC Risk Protector," developed by the Center of InsurTech Thailand to raise awareness and enhance understanding of the importance and benefits of insurance among the public. The competition was held at the Thailand InsurTech Fair 2022, with the top-ranked players competing for the grand prize, iPhone 14, and many other rewards.
